Every swimmer develops at their own pace. Our progressive program structure helps swimmers build confidence, master essential skills, refine technique, and achieve their personal goals in the water.

AGE GROUP:
We have 3 age groups:
1. Infants from 10 weeks to 6 months.
2. Babies from 6 months to 2,5 yrs
3. Toddlers from 2,5yrs-3yrs
These classes are highly specialised and require a fully certified baby Swimming Instructor.
GOAL
Introduce babies and toddlers to the water in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

PROGRESS:
Once swimmers are comfortable and confident in the water, they move into our Learn-to-Swim program.

A progress focussed Curriculum is followed and swimmers advance to the next level, when they can demonstrate confidence and competency in key skills.
We also host medal weeks twice a year and send progress reports twice a year.

At our swim school, the Stroke Development program is an extension of the Learn to swim program but this is where your child will start learning the 4 basic strokes of swimming.

The STROKE SCHOOL Program is unique to Centurion Swimming and Aqua and is a Bridging program between the 12m Stroke Development Program to the Pre-Squad Swimming program.
GOAL:
Your child will now move from our 12m to the 25m pool.
We fine tune their stroke and increase their fitness and endurance for a 25m pool.

TRANSPORT PROGRAM

A convenient service that assists families by transporting swimmers from selected affiliated schools to their swimming lessons, making participation easier and more accessible.

Eligible swimmers are collected from our affiliated schools and transported safely to their swimming lessons before being returned according to program arrangements.
