We offer our adult aquatic programs at 3 different venues: Curro Thatchfield, Centurion-Lenchen in Zwartkop, and Midstream Ridge. You can choose the venue that is closest to you! Our BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE swimming lessons for adults span over 2 weeks; WHEN: Mondays-Thursdays, in the EVENINGS from 18:00 - 19:00. COST: Course fee R 1400 per person per course. NB: (Bookings will only be accepted on receipt of entry document and P.O.P.) EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOUR FIRST LESSON 1. Do I need any swimming experience to join? Not at all. We welcome complete beginners as well as adults looking to improve their technique, fitness, or confidence in the water. 2. Am I too old to learn how to swim? Absolutely not! Swimming is a life skill that can be learned at any age. Our instructors work with adults of all ages and ability levels. 3. Are the lessons private or group lessons? We offer both private and semi-private lesson options, allowing you to choose the learning environment that best suits your needs and goals. 4. What should I bring to my lesson? All you need is a swimsuit, towel, and swim cap (if required). Goggles are recommended but not essential for your first lesson. 5. How long will it take me to learn to swim? Every swimmer progresses at their own pace. Factors such as confidence, previous experience, lesson frequency, and personal goals all influence progress. Your instructor will guide you every step of the way. Additionally, we also offer aqua aerobics classes for those looking to combine fitness with fun in the water.
