MIDLANDS BRANCH - 25M indoor pool, MIDLANDS ESTATE,MIDSTREAM

Our Centurion-Midlands   25 m Indoor heated pool is based inside Midlands Estate. Strict access control requires all our swimmers to be registered through our swim school for access.

This is our main 25m indoor heated pool that is used for our STROKE DEVELOPMENT , STROKE SCHOOL, Pre - Jnr & Snr SQUAD TRAINING preparation.

STROKE SCHOOL & Pre - Jnr & Snr SQUAD @ MIDLANDS:

Lessons are 30min - 45min.

We follow specific drills to get our swimmers to achieve excellent swim technique.

Once the technique is perfect and they can maintain the technique with speed & distance, we move them to the Midstream College Aquatic Program.

Requirements for the 25m Midlands pool: 

The swimmer must be able to swim 25m of Freestyle and Backstroke minimum. We do lessons for swimmers in a private capacity and do not collect the swimmers from school. Swimming options up to 3 times a week.

WHAT WE OFFER @ MIDSTREAM COLLEGE:

Lessons are 45-90min.

We take our swimming very seriously. Here you can have the options to swim up to 5 times a week.

These are high intensity classes designed to prep our swimmers for competitive and club swimming.
