STROKE SCHOOL
UNIQUE TO CENTURION SWIMMING & AQUA
This program is designed for swimmers who have mastered the stroke basics and are ready to improve their technique, efficiency, and confidence across all four competitive strokes in a 25m pool.
AGE GROUP:
6yrs & up
The STROKE SCHOOL Program is unique to Centurion Swimming and Aqua and is a Bridging program between the 12m Stroke Development Program to the Pre-Squad Swimming program.
GOAL:
Your child will now move from our 12m to the 25m pool.
We fine tune their stroke and increase their fitness and endurance for a 25m pool.

- Freestyle refinement
- Backstroke technique
- Breaststroke technique & timing
- Butterfly introduction & development
- Starts, Turns and finishes
